We currently arrange payments by bank transfer via XTransfer. Your quotation or invoice will specify the agreed currency (primarily AUD or USD), the amount due, receiving account details and payment reference. Contact your reception team for the payment instructions after confirming your order.
This website does not collect card details or process payments. Payment receipt is confirmed by our team after checking the funds received.
Does my outdoor project need approval?
Start with the guide for your project country, then confirm requirements with the authority responsible for your address. Planning approval and building requirements depend on the location and proposed design.

How are timing and after-sales terms confirmed?
Ask for the delivery arrangements, installation scope, applicable warranty terms and after-sales contact to be stated in your quotation or order documents. These details depend on the selected product and project.
